Here’s what E.E. says about his class:
This modern technique class is primarily based in Fall and Recovery concepts with elements of release and subtle energy principles. Dancers will become grounded with solid bases of support through proper placement and alignment focused in throughout the class. Highly athletic and musically attuned, dancers will move through combinations that take them through the space and into the floor. Dancers will project their energies beyond their bodies through conscious presence of their bodies and surroundings.

Hope to see you in Raleigh this weekend!
